Our Story

Our journey began one Christmas when Godfred received a milk chocolate bar from a co-worker, Michael Bruenn. In one of their conversations about chocolates, Godfred had a hunch that he could produce chocolates. This intuition ignited a spark in Godfred, leading him to explore his own chocolate creations using some of the finest cocoa beans. Godfred, originally from Ghana, felt a calling to use their world-renowned cocoa beans. Known for their quality and rich flavors. After much hard work and dedication, together with his wife Ester and son Fenyi, Biney Chocolate Sciences was born.

Our Brand

Driven by his love for milk chocolate and a desire to cater to health-conscious consumers just like himself who is prediabetic, Godfred has developed a unique low sugar gourmet milk chocolate, and organic dark chocolates, all elegantly packaged in luxurious handcrafted boxes.
